Transplant Ambassadors

The Transplant Ambassador Program (TAP) is the flagship program of the Foundation. Created in 2017 as part of a research project, TAP has galvanized patients and donors across Canada and reinforced our belief that patients and donors are a crucial part of an effective kidney care system.

Transplant Ambassadors are kidney transplant recipients or living kidney donors who share their personal experiences with other patients and donors to help guide them through through their own kidney journey.
